While walk-ins are welcome for General Medicine, we recommend booking in advance for specialist consultations to reduce waiting time. You can book online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
What documents should I bring?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your health insurance card (if applicable), any previous medical records, prescriptions, or test reports relevant to your condition. New patients will also fill out a brief registration form on arrival.
What insurance plans do you accept?

How do I get my lab results?
Lab results are typically available within 24–48 hours. You will receive an SMS notification when your reports are ready. Results can be collected in person, emailed securely, or accessed through our patient portal.
Is parking available at the hospital?
Yes, we have a dedicated multi-level parking facility with 300+ spaces. The first 2 hours are complimentary for outpatients. Valet parking is also available at the main entrance.
Can I get a second opinion consultation?
