Yes, walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). However, pre-booked appointments are given priority, so we recommend booking ahead to minimize waiting time.

Absolutely. Please call or email us at least 4 hours before your slot so we can offer it to another patient. There is no cancellation fee.

Please bring any previous medical records, recent lab reports, a list of current medications (or the medicines themselves), and a valid ID. This helps us build a complete picture of your health.

First consultations typically take 30–40 minutes; follow-ups take 15–20 minutes. We deliberately keep schedules unhurried so you never feel rushed.

Yes. Telemedicine consultations are available for follow-ups, report reviews, and minor ailments. You'll receive a secure video link and a digital prescription after the call.

We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and UPI payments. A GST-compliant invoice is provided for every consultation and procedure.

OPD consultations are covered by select insurance plans that include outpatient benefits. We provide all documentation needed for reimbursement claims—please check coverage with your insurer.

We are at Suite 402, Wellness Plaza, MG Road, Mumbai. Dedicated patient parking is available within the plaza, and the building is fully wheelchair accessible.

For emergencies, please go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 108. Our clinic provides scheduled OPD care and is not equipped for emergency treatment.
